Starr Moving helped us move from Toronto to Mississauga last month and the entire process was super smooth! Booking was easy and Josh answered any questions I had. On moving day, AJ & Mike were quick and efficient with loading and unloading everything with care and attention. I had a few quotes with different companies and Starr offered the best deal. The boys were extremely easy to work with, very polite, attentive, and careful while handling all of our belongings. They understood instructions quickly and worked seamlessly without wasting any time. Overall, they were highly efficient, productive, and professional throughout the entire process. Had the best experience with Starr Moving Services. AJ and Luke were incredibly professional and treated all of my things with care. They were efficient loading and unloading and reassembled anything that had to be taken apart. They placed furniture exactly where I wanted it. Coordinating with Joshua was also easy before the move. I had the best experience with Starr Moving!! They were fast yet very careful with my things. They were so professional and kind. They went above and beyond when I moved. Not only did they move my things with care and assemble my furniture, they helped me in a decorative sense by moving things to my preference as it would be hard for me to do that alone. They also fully set up my locker with the shelving unit and arranged the boxes in a way that I would have. As someone who prefers to do things myself as I like things done a certain way, I was a bit nervous leaving them with that but when I went to see the locker - I could not have been happier in trusting them!! To wrap up a long day, they came with me to my car to get the last little bit of stuff out  and into my home. All the “unboxed, need it down to the last day before you move” stuff! Those last few things would’ve taken 3 trips for me alone to take up but with AJ and Mitch, it was taken up in one trip. Sparing me from a crash out mid-move. I came across Starr Moving Services through both Reddit recommendations and google. I was impressed with the website and reviews prior to our move. Arranging the move with Josh was incredibly easy! He was responsive and easy to talk with about our moving needs. On the moving day, our movers were Ben and Lucas. Both guys were fantastic and easy to work with. I had been worried that the lack of an elevator and narrow, steep stairs would be an issue. They reassured me that they had worked with worse. Booked these guys based on their reviews and we can confirm that all the positive reviews are true. Hired them to move us from Barrie to Haliburton area. Communication with them before the move was amazing. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Very efficient, even in the nasty July heat and rain. We used Starr Moving Services twice. The first time was in October 2025 when we moved our belongings from our home into storage. We were so impressed by their amazing service that we asked them to help us with our recent move from the storage units into our new home.
